The kids are back in school, which means there are a million and one different things you have to remember to buy, replace and stock up on. It can be difficult sometimes to know just what you need to buy, but these sporty essentials are a must-have for your budding football stars. 

A good pair of football boots are a must if your children love kicking a ball around. Whether they enjoy playing in the school fields with friends or are part of a club, making sure you have a good quality pair of boots to see them through the year is important. 

It may seem obvious, but a ball pump will come in handy more than you realise, especially if your kids can be a little bit too enthusiastic when playing ball. This will save you buying a new football every time it starts deflating a little bit. 

Cones and markers are a good tool to have at your disposal for setting up games and activities and giving your child and their friends a chance to practice their skills at home. 

It also saves you buying a net or other equipment if you don’t have the space to store one as cones can be used for many different activities. 

However, if you do have the space for a training goal, this is a great piece of kit to invest in to allow your child to practise new skills without having to travel far.
